Various reminders for Subic Bay Residents
For registered residents
1. Bring the following documents to the Land Asset Management Department (LAMD) Office (located at 2/F Bldg. 156, Quezon Street, Subic Bay Freeport Zone):
2. After securing an endorsement letter from the LAMD, submit all documents plus PhP200.00 processing fee to the Office Services Department (located at Bldg 494, back of Subic Gym), where the I.D. will be issued to the applicant.
For domestic help (maids, drivers, etc)

For short-term (over the weekend) visitors, no I.D. pass is required. The resident shall then coordinate the details of the arrival of visitors with the Law Enforcement Department. If the visitor has an authorization letter issued by the resident, it can be presented to the LED personnel at the housing sentry to facilitate entry to and exit from residential areas. To have items purchased outside and within the freeport zone, the delivery man/driver must present to the Pass Window Office at any SBFZ gates the following requirements:
The same may also be presented to the LED personnel at the housing sentry upon request.
